Dislodging a belief.

Sometimes the ideas I share here come from the most random, simple moments — those little sparks that break something open inside me and demand to be shared.

I was at a client’s home this week and met the loveliest woman — an energetic stylist. We got to chatting about how our two worlds are so similar:

Feng Shui works with the outer environment, while styling works with your inner one — your personal chi.

Both unlock parts of us that have been trapped or hidden.

We got so excited swapping stories about small shifts we’d made with clients that led to huge life changes — their biggest sales months ever, finding their partner, feeling more like themselves again.

And that’s the thing — whether you’re energetically styling yourself before you walk out the door or energetically styling your home, both shake loose the stuck stuff.

Both dislodge the beliefs that make you shrink, stay small, or stop trying.
Both remind you who the hell you are — and that you have free will.

Feng Shui isn’t a magic wand.
But it does create the conditions for your magic to shine.

It helps you see your options more clearly.
Make decisions with more ease.
Feel less frustrated.

And when those things start moving — that’s when the new job lands.
That’s when the business you’ve been dreaming about finally starts.
That’s when the partners show up — and yes, I said partners.

Not just love (though that too).
But business partners. Collaborators. Friends who actually get you.
People who nurture your expansion.

That’s the magic and the core of what I do.

I help you remember you — the big, brave, fully expressed version — and weave that person into your environment so you can show up in alignment, not apology.

Feng Shui helps you tap into what’s already there:
the confidence, the abundance, the peace.

It’s all in you. It just needs to be let out to play.

If I could give you one thing to do this week to dislodge an old belief and get the energy flowing again, it’s this:

Walk around your home and edit.

If you see something that you don’t love — or it gives you the ick in any way — it’s gone.
Donate it. Sell it. Gift it. Don’t overthink it.

If something’s trying to stay because you feel guilty getting rid of it, it’s still up for consideration. (Guilt is not a good enough reason for clutter.)

Your home is a representation of your inner world.
Dislodge the things — and you’ll shake loose the old belief systems that are ready to be composted, too.
